Herbicide resistance is an increasing threat across Australia, and glyphosate-resistant weeds such as Barnyard Grass, Feathertop Rhodes Grass, and Button Grass have been a persistent challenge.

Our Biostimulant TM Agricultural with Roundup and Group A Herbicides, such as Haloxyfop and Clethodim, is improving the overall effectiveness of weed control measures.

Observations have shown that the addition of TM Agricultural at the recommended rate of 250mls/ha and a cost of $12.50/ha has shown up to 50% improvement in the control of weeds.

TM and Selective Grass Spray in Wheat

A good knockdown result has been achieved adding TM Ag with a selective grass spray to control Black Oats and Phalaris in a wheat crop.

On 5th July 250ml/ha TM Ag, 210ml/ha Topik and 125ml/ha Hasten were applied with 50L/ha water to a wheat crop sown on 23rd May 2024 with TM Germination on the seed.

The TM Ag increases the efficacy of the Topik herbicide while also buffering the crop from being checked back by the impact of the selective herbicide. A Brix reading of 14 taken on 19th July confirmed that the wheat crop is not stressed and has adequate nutrient availability.Phalaris & Black Oats 14 days after TM, Topik & Hasten Application
